It creeps up on young children, and haunts them in their sleep. It brings out the worst in procrastinating teenagers, and the best in over-stressed parents. Winter break is over, and it's time for school once again.
I have been waiting patiently for school to come back around the bend for just over a month now. Dec 10th was the last day I was in school, and that was finals week. I was ecstatic, with my grades being the best they've been in recent memory, I was excited to know that I was coming back this semester.
My college life seems like it's overworked and overstressed, but I enjoy the stress, and the work involved in going to school as a full time student, and working two part time jobs to make ends meet. As a customer service associate at a local electronics and entertainment store, and a cashier a family owned grocer, I actually have it quite easy as a student.
I major in Computer support technician, and I'm hoping to begin my minor in Journalism this semester. For the last two semesters, I've taken Computer Classes, Networking, A+ certification, and all that good stuff. I am just now, in my fourth semester at a local community college, beginning to take other classes besides what I originally thought I would be good at.
I start school in two days, and in three days time I will have my new Canon Rebel XSi Digital SLR camera. so my blogs will begin to have some, and more photos.
Signed,
Your neighborhood wanna-be.
